All in stock items will be packed and posted within 1-3 business days.

PREORDERS & SPECIAL ORDER ONLY (6-8 WEEKS) - If you are purchasing a preorder/special order item, your order will be sent as soon as available. Please allow around 6-8 weeks.

IMPORTANT - If you are purchasing in stock and preorder/special order items in a single order, all items will be sent together when preorder/special order products are available. If you would like your in stock items sent immediately, please place separate orders as additional postage costs apply. 

All packages are sent from Cairns, Queensland.

All shipments will be sent via Austpost standard parcel delivery with tracking unless otherwise requested.

Due to lengthy delays with road transport, we encourage EXPRESS POST on orders to NT or WA.

We recommend selecting SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY if you are not having your order addressed to a post office box or another secure destination.
