Sizes & Styles

What size should I order?

We have detailed Size Charts for our Fishing Shirts, Dresses and Footy Shorts.

For the best fit, lay a similar garment flat, measure it as shown on our sizing diagram and compare it with our size chart.

All shirt measurements are in centimetres (cm).

Do you offer ladies' sizing?

Our Fishing Shirts are available in unisex sizing only.

Ladies' sizing is available in our Footy Shorts and Dresses.

Do you have kids' sizes?

Yes! Our kids sizes are available from Kids 2 through to Kids 14

Can I choose long or short sleeves?

Yes. Shirts are available in both long and short sleeve options. We carry both options in stock, or this can be arranged as a SPECIAL ORDER.

Can I add pockets or zip pockets?

Yes. Pocket and zip-pocket options can be arranged as a SPECIAL ORDER.

Do you offer extra length shirts?

Yes. We offer an Extra Length Shirt (ELS) option which can be arranged as a SPECIAL ORDER.

Can I personalise a shirt with a nickname?

Yes! Names are printed directly into the design during manufacturing. Please allow a minimum of 6 weeks for delivery.

Can you design a custom shirt/shorts/dress for me?

Absolutely!

Whether you have a complete idea or just a rough concept, we'll help create a custom design for you.

How much do custom orders cost?

Pricing depends on the design and quantity required.

What is the minimum custom order?

Our minimum custom order is 5 piece per style.

How many photos can I include?

Our standard package includes up to 2 digitally edited photos.

Additional images can be used as background elements, with a maximum of around 6 photos recommended for the best overall design.

Can I change one of your existing designs?

In most cases, yes.

Contact us with the design you're interested in and the changes you'd like made.

Can I reorder a design you've made before?

Usually, yes.

Get in touch and we'll check whether your previous artwork is available for you to order.

I need shirts urgently. Can you help?

If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering.

We'll let you know what's possible based on your timeframe.

Can I see a proof before production?

Yes. A digital design proof is provided for custom orders before production begins.

Logos, Photos & AI Designs

Can I add business or sponsor logos?

Yes. We can include business, club, team and sponsor logos in your custom design.

Please supply the highest-quality logo available.

What logo files are best?

Vector files are preferred, including AI, EPS or PDF.

High-resolution PNG files are also suitable in many cases.

Can I use registered logos or trademarks?

Possibly. You would need to obtain written permission from the business/organisation to use the logo.

Can I use an AI-generated design?

AI designs are great for inspiration but these are not print ready files and they need to be recreated.

Unless the individual elements can be supplied as high-resolution images, we can't guarantee an exact reproduction. Think of it like needing all the puzzle pieces before we can rebuild the final design.

Can you use my photos?

Yes. Please send the highest-resolution photos you have for the best printing results.

Fabric & Printing

What fabric are your shirts made from?

All of our shirts and dresses are made from 100% polyester.

They're lightweight, moisture wicking, quick drying, easy care and hard wearing.

How are the products printed?

Our apparel is printed using sublimation printing.

The design becomes part of the fabric, creating a vibrant and durable finish without vinyl or heat-pressed graphics.

Will the print peel or crack?

No. Because sublimation becomes part of the fabric, the design won't peel or crack like traditional vinyl prints.

Are the shirts suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. Our polyester fabric is designed for active outdoor wear and is lightweight, breathable and quick drying.

How should I wash my shirt?

Follow the care instructions provided with your garment.

Avoid bleach and excessive heat to help maintain the appearance of your shirt.

Why is LJMDesign branding on the garments?

Our branding appears on all garments as part of our product identity and garment compliance requirements.

It is included on all apparel manufacture. This includes LJMDesign branding on the collar of each shirt and dress as well as clothing tags on shirts, shorts and dresses.

Shipping & Orders

How long does delivery take?

Items with the option to ADD TO CART are ready for dispatch.

Custom and personalised shirts are made to order and generally require approximately 6 weeks for production and delivery.

Do you ship outside Australia?

No. We currently ship within Australia only.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes.

Do you have a shop?

No. We're an online business with orders dispatched from our warehouse in Cairns, North Queensland.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately, we don't offer collection.

All orders are sent via Australia Post.

Can I return or exchange my shirt?

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for information regarding returns and exchanges.
